We do not accept exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will only consider an exchange if your item is damaged, incorrect size, if product(s) were mistakenly shipped to you or any defects to your item To be considered, exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receipt and items must be in new condition (un-worn and un-washed with all tags and labels still attached). Once we’ve received your returned product, our team will examine it and notify you via e-mail, within reasonable time stating if you are entitled to a replacement. If you are, we will replace the product (subject to inventory), within a reasonable period of time. If your exchange is authorized, be sure to include a copy of your receipt, contact information, your product information (size, color, name ect.). All exchange shipments are solely responsible by the customer.
Exchange request made after 72 hours of receipt of the item will NOT BE ACCEPTED. YOU MAY ONLY EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM ONCE PER ORDER

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been confirmed that the item was delivered to the customers address. If requested, our team will confirm the delivery address provided, tracking information, date of delivery, and the shipping carrier information so that the customer can proceed to start an investigation/claim.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Yes. Customers who request international shipping may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and duties. These are fees that are levied once your package reaches the country of its destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
